Season Sim Festival tasks are causing some difficulties for some players. In the last few days, a task was reported to the AHQ "Earn 400 recycling tokens from the Ecological workshop", even if the player has already completed all the levels of the workshop (after completing all the levels you do not earn any more recycling tokens), for some players it was a nightmare, if we take into account, that the unfulfilled task would make it impossible to win the festival tickets, to advance in the prize pool.
But luckily for these players, a way to progress in this task was granted, the player only needs his player ID (which can be found on the loading screen and in the settings) and screenshots that show that his workshop is at the maximum level . Soon after, the player needs to access the EA Help pto open a ticket, and send the requested data. SimGuruAlana informed through its Twitter that in the next update there will be a correction for this task.
