HOW TO KEEP THE GAME SAFE?
The game offers 4 ways to keep your game safe, namely: Twitter, Facebook, EA Account and Play Games (or Game Center on iOS). Both are free and easy to connect. You can use all 4 services simultaneously, further increasing security.
HOW CAN MY GAME BE LOST?
It will rarely just disappear, but it happens, it occurred to me once. But it can occur specifically when the game is reinstalled.
HOW TO AVOID? (ON ANDROID)
Google Play Games can sometimes connect automatically when entering the game, after creating your first Sim, a popup to reload your game should appear, click reload AND WAIT. Do not proceed, as your game may be underwritten by the tutorial.
HOW TO GET HELP?
Previously it was extremely easy to get your game back. This process could be done through EA Help, on Twitter, with just a few messages! However, this has now changed, if you lose your game, your case will be referred to the game team, and this process can take many weeks. If you need help, visit EA Help.
Remember: When using a modified APK, playing with a mod account or using third-party apps, you cannot be helped by support.
